In December, we were proud to support the Torus Foundation, part of Torus 62 Ltd, through their Christmas campaign to support older tenants living in Torus Homes and communities.
The Torus Foundation provides free, friendly support and opportunities to help tenants make the most of their money, improve confidence and wellbeing, build skills, and feel more connected within their communities. Their work plays a vital role in supporting people who may be vulnerable or facing isolation.
This year’s Christmas appeal focused on older customers, with 685 older tenants identified as potentially isolated and vulnerable during the festive period. We donated £500 towards the campaign, helping to fund hand-delivered Christmas gifts, ensuring recipients felt remembered, valued, and supported at what can be a difficult time of year.
We are proud to support the meaningful work carried out by the Torus Foundation and to contribute to making a positive difference within our local communities.
